GRETNA – Ditech Financial LLC filed a lawsuit on Aug. 10 against Gregory T. Geiger, seeking past due mortgage payments of $142,200.
The claim, filed in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleges that the defendant has failed to pay off a mortgage.
The defendant is accused of sums due on a mortgage. The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Corey J. Giroir of the Law Offices of Herschel C. Adcock Jr. in Baton Rouge.
