GRETNA – A financial company is seeking more than $2,400 in sums due.
JHPDE Finance 1 LLC filed a suit Aug. 18 against Thomas A. Wiseman in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $2,486.33 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
