GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $6,800 in sums due.
Capital One Bank filed a suit Aug. 13 against Wendell Davis in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $6,883.45 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
