GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $4,100.
Capital One Bank filed a suit Aug. 13 against Adrian K. Johnson in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging open account.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $4,105.20 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy Miller.
