Capital One Bank claims credit card customer owes $3,814

GRETNA – Capital One Bank (USA) NA is seeking payment of more than $3,800 allegedly owed on a credit card account.

Capital One filed a lawsuit Aug. 13 against McKenzie Lash in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account with a balance of $3,814.11 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Paul Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen Grefer.
