Wells Fargo seeks mortgage balance of over $63,000

GRETNA – Wells Fargo is seeking more than $63,000 in sums due.

Wells Fargo Bank filed a suit Aug. 15 against Perry L. Trahan Jr., aka Perry Trahan Jr., in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging sums due.

According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on a mortgage in the balance of $63,399.95 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due.

The defendant is accused of sums due on executory process.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Harold Cradic III of The Law Offices of Herschel Adcock Jr. in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 786680.
