Wells Fargo looks to sell property to recover $109,832 owed on mortgage

GRETNA –Wells Fargo is seeking court approval to seize and sell a mortgaged property in an effort to recover more than $109,000 owed.

Wells Fargo Bank NA filed a motion Aug. 15 in connection with its case against Wilson Revelle and Darla Rhodes Revelle in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, the defendants have failed to pay $109,832.01 plus interest owed on their mortgage.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Candace Miers Bowen of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn Ansardi.
