GRETNA – JDPHE Finance 1 LLC is seeking more than $1,900 allegedly owed by a customer on a Best Buy account.
JDPHE Finance 1 filed a lawsuit Aug. 17 against Kim Riley in the 24th Judicial District Court.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account with a balance of $1,909.89, plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney's fees and court costs. It is represented by Gregory Eaton of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond Steib Jr.
