NEW ORLEANS –– An aviation company accuses another business of not paying a monthly management fee.
Jazz Aviation LLC filed a lawsuit on Aug. 17 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against RSC Aviation LLC, alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, RSC Aviation owes $5,000 in monthly management fees for a Beechcraft BE20 aircraft. The two companies signed the agreement in January, the complaint states.
The plaintiff seeks the amounts due plus interest and attorney fees. The plaintiff is represented by Irl R. Silverstein of the Silverstein Law Firm in Gretna.
The case has been assigned to Judge Robin M. GIarrusso.
