GRETNA – A company is seeking damages for more than $5,500.
Moshe, Shargian & Silomo Greenwald, dba BSD Restoration, filed a suit Aug. 21 against Power Plus Cleaning Solutions Inc. in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging breach of contract and sums due.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due and breach of contract, alleging that the defendant is indebted for the balance of $5,500 after it failed to supply the plaintiff with goods purchased.
The defendant is accused of breach of contract and sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Reid Uzee of Gennusa, Piacun & Ruli in Metairie.
