GRETNA – A woman is seeking damages after her car was struck by a transportation company's driver.
Maurice Davis filed a suit Aug. 22 against Ramelli Group LLC and Metro Service Group Inc. in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging negligence.
According to the claim, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place on Aug. 24, 2017 when the defendant struck the plaintiff's vehicle while driving due to failing to follow traffic rules.
The defendant is accused of negligence.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Stephen Harris Jr. in New Orleans.
