NEW ORLEANS –– A janitorial maintenance company accuses a sanitary supplier of nonpayment.
Residential Industries Inc. filed a lawsuit on Aug. 22 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Guillot's Sanitary Supplies Inc.
According to the complaint, Guillot's Sanitary supplies owes more than $69,000, plus interest.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Edward F. Bukaty III in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.
