GRETNA –– An alleged $48,000 debt prompted a consulting group to pursue litigation against a glass company.
The Allday Consulting Group LLC filed a complaint on Aug. 23 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Standard Glass & Mirror Works LLC and Brian Laborde.
According to the complaint, defendants owe more than $48,138.82 plus interest.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by Blake E. Oakes of The Oakes Law Firm LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.
