GRETNA –– Regions Bank seeks more than $187,000 in a lawsuit.
Regions Bank filed a complaint on Aug. 24 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Gulf Coast and Marine LLC and David Bennett Ridgeway.
According to the complaint, defendants owe more than $187,000 on a promissory note. Plaintiff alleges defendants did not pay the balance due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by Brian M. Bailey of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.
