GRETNA –– A woman blames Lowe's Home Centers for an injury at the store.
Mei Huang filed a complaint on Aug. 24 in the 24th Judicial District Court. against Lowe's Homes Centers LLC and ABC Insurance Company.
According to the complaint, an unsecured pipe fell from a display above Huang and hit her on the head.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. She is represented by Harold L. Ehrenberg in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.
