GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $76,000.
JPMorgan Chase Bank National Association filed a complaint on Aug. 29 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Karl A. Seemann III.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for a balance owed of $76,943.16 plus interest, alleging that the defendant was negligent in paying off the sums due. The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Stacy Wheat of Louis, Graham, Arceneaux LLC in New Orleans.
