Nationstar Mortgage files court action seeking over $194,000

GRETNA – A mortgage company is seeking more than $194,000 in sums due.

Nationstar Mortgage LLC filed a complaint on Aug. 28 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Keith C. Wise, aka Keith Wise.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on executory process, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due on a mortgage in the amount of $194,786 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Remy Symons of Shapire & Daigrepoint LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond Steib Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 787084.
