GRETNA – An LLC is seeking over $390,000.
IMTT-Gretna LLC filed a complaint on Aug. 24 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Glencore Ltd.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an open account in the balance of $391,294.99 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Elton Duncan III of Duncan & Sevin LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.
