NEW ORLEANS – Capital One is seeking more than $48,000 in sums due.
Capital One filed a complaint on Aug. 27 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against C. Rage Record LLC and Craig Brumfield.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $48,624.27 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Bradley Chauvin of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Paulette Irons.
