OneMain Financial is seeking more than $5,500

NEW ORLEANS – A financial company is seeking more than $5,500 in sums due.

OneMain Financial Services Inc., as successor by merger OneMain Financial Services of Louisiana, filed a complaint on Aug. 27 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Michelle S. Parker.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages after the defendant has allegedly failed to pay off the balance of $5,533.34 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Naomi Cohen Ivker of Zarzaur and Schwartz in Birmingham, Alabama

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Christopher Bruno.

The Orleans Parish Civil District Court Case No. is 18-8542.
