GRETNA – A shopping center is seeking more than $73,000 from a tenant.
Oakwood Shopping Center LLC filed a complaint on Aug. 31 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Syphon International Corp., dba Best Image.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages after the defendant allegedly failed to pay its lease to the plaintiff. The suit states that the defendant is indebted to the plaintiff for the balance of $73,193.91 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by David Kerth in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond Steib Jr.
