GRETNA – Capital One Bank is seeking more than $1,500 in sums due.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Aug. 24 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Stanford M. Williams.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an unpaid balance that the defendant owes for $1,534.07 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Linly Hall of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
