GRETNA – A foodservice company is seeking more than $4,800 in sums due.
Reinhart Foodservice Louisiana LLC filed a complaint on Aug. 17 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Augie's Restaurant LLC, dba Augie's Restaurant & Catering, and Augustin Lopez.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for the balance of $4,842.87 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has breached agreement through failing to pay off the sums due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Edward Bukaty III in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott Schlegel.
