GRETNA – A financial company is seeking more than $2,200 in sums due.
JHPDE Finance 1 LLC filed a complaint on Aug. 17 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Denia M. Ochomogo.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $2,212.86 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the sums due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
