Gulf Coast Bank & Trust Co. seeks more than $25,000

NEW ORLEANS – A bank is seeking more than $25,000 in sums due.

Gulf Coast Bank & Trust Co. filed a complaint on Aug. 28 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Joseph Hamlin Sr.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $25,000 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off a line of credit.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Wayne Maiorana Jr. of Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin Giarrusso.

The Orleans Parish Civil District Court Case No. is 18-8581.
