NEW ORLEANS – A law firm is seeking more than $13,000 after a client allegedly failed to pay off the balance of a bill.
Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson filed a complaint on Aug. 29 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against 5 Alarm Fire Apparatus Inc.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages that total $13,845.47 plus interest, alleging that the defendant failed to pay off the balance. The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Joseph P. Titone. The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin M. Giarrusso.
