Crown Disposal takes Crown Hauling to court over alleged debt

GRETNA –– A waste management company claims a hauling company never fully paid off assets.

Crown Disposal LLC and Marc Milano filed a complaint on Sept. 5 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Crown Hauling LLC.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege the defendant failed to pay off the balance of $175,000 on assets given to the company. The plaintiffs also claim Crown Hauling did not pay consulting fees to Milano. 

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Diana J. Masters of King & Jurgens LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Mentz.
