GRETNA –– A Walmart customer accuses the company of negligence after a fall.
Issac Polk filed a complaint on Sept. 5 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Walmart Louisiana LLC, which operates Walmart Store #1342, and ABC Insurance Company.
According to the complaint, Polk slipped on grapes left on the floor and fell. He claims he suffered injuries requiring medical expenses.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. He is represented by Luc D. Zeller in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner.
