NEW ORLEANS –– A medical company accuses a nursing home of not paying for nursing services.
Advantage Medical Professional LLC filed a complaint on Aug. 29 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against the New Orleans Home for the Incurables, which operates as the John J. Hankel Jr. Home and Rehabilitation Center.
According to the complaint, the rehab center owes $49,117.55 for nursing services provided by plaintiff.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Robert R. Schulze.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin M. Giarrusso.
