NEW ORLEANS –– A former employee accuses her supervisor of attacking her.
Michelle Becker filed a complaint on Aug. 30 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Nexion Health at Marrero Inc., Kendra Scott and ABC Insurance Company.
According to the complaint, Scott called Becker into her office, yelled at her and attacked her. Becker claims another employee had to restrain Scott. Becker seeks damages for the injuries she sustained, the complaint states.
Becker is also seeking unpaid wages from the company.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorneys Mark PIvach of Pivach, Pivach, Hufft, Thriffiley & Dunbar LLC in Belle Chasse.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.
