GRETNA –Capital One Bank is seeking more than $2,900 in sums due.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Aug. 31 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Kimberly D. Bordes.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an unpaid balance in the amount of $2,964.98 plus interest, alleging that the defendant was negligent in paying off the sums due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Linly Hall of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
