GRETNA – Capital One is seeking damages for sums due of more than $2,800.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Aug. 31 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Shawn Samuels.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an unpaid balance in the amount of $2,884.72 plus interest, alleging that the defendant was negligent in paying off the sums due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle Taylor.
