GRETNA –– A Capital One credit card may land a resident in court.
Capital One filed a complaint on Aug. 31 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Reiniery Arzu.
According to the complaint, Arzu owes $3,444.15, plus interest, in credit card bills.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The bank is represented by Laura A. Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller.
