GRETNA –– A Capital One credit card holder faces a lawsuit over an alleged $2,000 debt.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Aug. 31 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Jesica M. Monterroso.
According to the complaint, the defendant owes $2,352.17, plus interest, in credit card debt.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura A. Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
