GRETNA –– Capital One claims a customer failed to pay on a credit card account.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Aug. 31 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Alan D. Carmel.
According to the complaint, the defendant owes $3,503.89, plus interest, in credit card debt.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura A. Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
