GRETNA –– Alleged credit card debt may land a Jefferson Parish man in court.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Aug. 31 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Sarina Ferrigno.
According to the complaint, the defendant owes $4,096.75, plus interest, in credit card debt.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura A. Guliuzo of Couch, Convile & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.
