GRETNA –– Capital One will pursue a credit card holder over an alleged $2,600 debt.
Capital One Bank filed a complaint on Aug. 31 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Terrence D. Sykes.
According to the complaint, the defendant owes $2,656.78, plus interest, in credit card debt.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura A. Guliuzo of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.
The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond S. Steib.
