GRETNA – A financial company is seeking nearly $11,200 in sums due.
Cach LLC filed a complaint on Sept. 9 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Ann Phan.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $11,254.08.
The defendant is accused of open account.
