GRETNA – A Louisiana medical clinic alleges that a woman owes them $70,000.
Louisiana Pain Specialists LLC filed a complaint on Sept. 10 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Mary Plaisance.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for an incident that took place beginning in February 2016. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off a balance due of $70,000 in the form of a promissory note.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Laura Carlisle of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz.
The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen Grefer.
