GRETNA – A financial company is seeking damages for sums due of more than $12,000.
Cach LLC filed a complaint on Sept. 11 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Dan Young.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $12,457.91 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
