GRETNA – A construction company is seeking more than $16,000.
Fitz Construction LLC filed a complaint on Sept. 11 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Jet Concrete Services LLC.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $16,593.79 plus interest, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Stephen Hanemann of Kean Miller LLP in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle Taylor.
