GRETNA – Capital One is seeking damages for more than $45,000 in sums due.
Capital One filed a complaint on Sept. 11 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Charleen Steinkamp, aka Charleen Ann Steinkamp, aka Charleen A. Steinkamp, and Ronald Konrick, aka Ronald Joseph Konrick, aka Ronald J. Konrick.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due in the balance of $45,354.32 plus interest, alleging that the defendants have failed to pay off the balance due.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Corey Giroir of the Law Offices of Herschel C. Adcock Jr. in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn Ansardi.
