Unifund seeks nearly $3,000 in alleged past due payments

GRETNA – Unifund CCR filed a complaint on Sept. 14, in the 24th Judicial District Court, against Lance A. Usher, seeking an alleged past due bill of $2,600.88 plus interest.

Unifund is a low-interest-rate lending company that specializes in helping consumers get out of debt. Unifund is a registered debt collector.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Paul S. Brennan of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.
