Campus Federal Credit Union seeks nearly $15,000

GRETNA – Campus Federal Credit Union filed a complaint on Aug. 17, in the 24th Judicial District Court, against Raleah Labranch and Taleah Labranch, seeking past due payments on their leased 2016 Jeep Renegade.

The plaintiff alleges that the defendant owes $14,592.60 plus interest. The defendant is accused of sums due.

 


The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Staci G. Butler of Kizer, Hood & Morgan LLP in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy A. Miller.
