GRETNA –– Hancock Whitney Bank accuses a doctor and his wife of owing more than $132,000 on a loan.
Hancock Whitney Bank filed a complaint on June 14 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Emergency Physician Services LLC, Kathryn T. Reed and Phillip L. Reed.
According to the complaint, the defendant failed to pay off an outstanding balance of $132,591.94 plus interest.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by W. Peter Connick Jr. of Butler Snow LLP in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.
