Carrington Mortgage claims defendant owes over $115,000

GRETNA – A mortgage company is seeking more than $115,000.

Carrington Mortgage Services LLC filed a complaint on Sept. 18 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Ryan N. Curren, aka Ryan Curren.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $115,218.54 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due on a mortgage.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Emily Holley of Shapiro & Daigrepont LLC in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen Grefer.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case No. is 787640.
