GRETNA – A loan company is seeking more than $114,000.
Rushmore Loan Management Services LLC filed a complaint on Sept. 24 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Qasim Ilyas.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for the sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due of $114,454.55 plus interest on a mortgage.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Corey Giroir of The Law Offices of Herschel C. Adcock Jr. in Baton Rouge.
