GRETNA – A financial company is seeking more than $10,000 from an individual.
Ally Financial Inc. filed a complaint on Sept. 20 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Alex Flugence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due on an auto lease, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due of $10,893.76 plus interest.
The defendant is accused of sums due.
The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Arthur Mann of The Sundmaker Firm LLC in New Orleans.
