University of New Orleans seeks more than $3,900 in sums due

NEW ORLEANS – The University of New Orleans is seeking more than $3,900.

The University of Louisiana System Board of Supervisors through University of New Orleans filed a complaint on Sept. 14 in Orleans Parish Civil District Court against Carolina G. Quijano.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due of $3,926 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Kaila Hutchison of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge Sidney Cates IV.

The Orleans Parish Civil District Court Case No. is 18-9266.
