GRETNA – A bank is seeking more than $52,000.

U.S. Bank National Association filed a complaint on Sept. 28 in the 24th Judicial District Court against Mark A. Prejeant and Tina Arnold Prejeant.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is seeking damages for sums due, alleging that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance due of $52,597.69 plus interest.

The defendant is accused of sums due.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Jason Smith of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Nancy Miller.
